Destination Hospitality was born from a shared belief that true excellence in hospitality is not a one-time achievement, but an ongoing process of continuous improvement.

To the world, Destination Hospitality represents two seasoned professionals coming together:

Keshi Nisudan, a hardcore professional Chef and hotelier with over three decades of hands-on industry experience, and
Sharmila Nisudan, an educator, trainer, and mentor deeply committed to learning, development, and skill transformation.

But Destination Hospitality is far more than the sum of our individual journeys.

We founded this consulting firm with a clear purpose — to provide quality training, build strong foundational skills, and ignite passion in people who may not necessarily come from a traditional hoteliering background, yet possess talent, creativity, and the drive to excel.
